Track Day Regulations

1. Registration:

  1. Any person over the age of 16 can register for events organized by ACS Transilvania Superbikes. Minors who wish to participate in the events are required to present a notarized declaration certifying parental consent, without which they are not allowed access to the track.
  2. A driver's license is not mandatory to participate in the events.
  3. Registration is possible on the website www.tsbk.ro, where you will be required to provide your personal details, the make and model of your motorcycle, whether you have been on a track before, which track, and your best recorded lap time on that track.
  5. Registrations can also be made at the track, subject to availability.
  6. In case of no-show, a motorcycle failing the technical inspection, or non-compliant protective equipment, the participation fee is non-refundable.
  7. In the event of a cancellation, the participation fee can be used for future events. The event may be canceled up to 3 days before the scheduled date in case of unfavorable weather conditions.

2. Registration Procedure:

  1. Each participant must complete the registration procedure at the track on the day of the event.
  2. The registration office will open at 08:00, and participants must report to the office with their ID card, where they will complete two declarations of responsibility.
  3. Based on their ID card, participants will be identified on the registration list and will receive a transponder, a sticker with their competition number, and a sticker indicating their assigned group. The stickers must be placed in a visible spot on the front of the motorcycle, and the transponder must be mounted on the right side of the motorcycle.
  4. According to the internal regulations of the Transilvania Motor Ring complex, a supplementary fee of 2200 RON will be charged in case of loss or damage of a transponder.
  5. ATENTIE!!!

3. Technical Inspection:

  1. The technical inspection is carried out after the registration procedure at the secretariat.
  2. To be admitted to the technical inspection, the stickers received at the secretariat must be properly applied to the motorcycle, and the transponder must be correctly mounted on the motorcycle.
  3. The motorcycle must be brought to the designated inspection area, where the following will be checked: tire wear and age, brake pad wear, functionality of the front and rear brakes, potential fluid leaks from the engine and suspension, etc.
  4. The headlights, taillights, turn signals, and mirrors must be covered with power tape. If the mirrors can be removed, we recommend doing so.
  5. The license plates must be removed.
  6. Motorcycles with welded brake levers, foot pegs, clip-ons, or handlebars will be rejected. Additionally, motorcycles with modifications that could endanger the rider's safety or that of other participants will also be rejected.
  7. Motorcycles that have been equipped by the manufacturer with a full fairing must be fitted with a fairing—either original or racing—fully mounted and in proper condition, ensuring safety and a neat appearance. Naked motorcycles (those without a factory fairing) are exempt from this rule; however, they must be presented in a complete, clean condition and without any missing or visibly damaged components.
  8. After completing the technical inspection, you will receive a sticker that must be applied to the motorcycle.

Attention! Without the technical inspection sticker, you will not be allowed access to the track!

4. Equipment:

  1. Participants must have full protective gear, either leather or textile, consisting of a one-piece or two-piece suit, a full-face helmet, protective gloves, and motorcycle boots or riding shoes. Two-piece suits must be securely fastened together with a zipper.
  2. At the track entrance, the marshal will check if riders have the proper equipment and if the helmet is securely fastened.

5. On the Track:

  1. At the track entrance, the marshal will check if riders have the proper equipment, if the competition number and technical inspection stickers are applied, and if the group they are registered in matches the ongoing session.
  2. Access to the track is done via an entry lane, marked with a white line that must not be crossed. Riders must stay on the right side of the lane and, after ensuring it is clear, continue their movement.
  3. If you experience a technical issue, it is very important to signal it by raising your left hand so that the marshals and following riders can see you. At the same time, move off the racing line to allow others to pass safely.
  4. If you notice that your motorcycle is leaking fluids during the session, immediately leave the asphalt and move onto the grass area. If you have fluid leaks, inform the nearest marshal so they can signal this to other riders.
  5. If your motorcycle experiences a major malfunction during the session and cannot restart, it should be leaned against the barrier, and the rider must move behind the barrier for safety. The rider and the motorcycle will be recovered from the track by the intervention vehicle at the end of the session.
  6. When exiting the track, signal this by raising your left hand.
  7. During sessions, riding at a low speed without a valid reason is prohibited.
  8. Wheelies, stopping, or riding slowly, especially on the start-finish line, are strictly prohibited.

Pay Attention to the Flags!

Failure to comply with the flag signals will result in penalties!

6. Semnificatia Steagurilor
